Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their order placed on fitbits.in within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone with their order details.

Refund Eligibility:

1. Orders cancelled within the specified cancellation period will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. If the order has already been processed for shipment or delivered, it will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund Process:

Upon cancellation of an order, the refund process will be initiated within 4 working days. Refunds will be processed back only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Refund Exceptions:

1. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Perishable items, such as food products, are not eligible for return or refund due to health and safety reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Products:

In the event a product received is defective or damaged, customers must contact our customer service team within 24 Hours of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund. Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Non-Delivery:

If a customer does not receive their order within the estimated delivery timeframe, they must contact our customer service team within 2 days of the expected delivery date. The matter will be appropriately looked into and if necessary a replacement or refund shall be arranged.
